Liability for contents

According to § 7 para. 1 TMG we, as a service provider, are responsible under the general laws for our own content on these pages. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we, as a service provider, are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored foreign information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information remains unaffected under the general laws. A relevant liability is only possible from the moment when a specific infringement is identified. We will remove the content immediately upon notification of such violations.
